Configure Proxy Firewall For Use With Our Proxy Servers

Using Proxy Firewall Does Not Require You To Configure Your Internet Programs For Proxy Settings

The proxy server addresses and ports in our members login area, can be downloaded directly into Proxy Firewall.
Proxy Firewall is an automatic proxy selector that will simply and easily manage proxy connections for you. Proxy Firewall does all of the work. There will be no need for you to configure your Internet programs to use a proxy, just answer Proxy Firewall's questions when asked.

If you experience any problems while using one of our proxies, try another one of our proxy networks. IP addresses starting with 38.96.x are from one upstream provider and ip addresses starting with 66.38.x are from another. It is not likely that both routes would be down at the same time. Though we rarely experience problems, here is a partial map of upstream providers that will help you in choosing different ip's if you are experiencing problems.

Upstream #1 38.96.x (cogent usa)
Upstream #2 66.38.x (bell canada)
Upstream #3 65.91.x (broadwing usa)
Upstream #4
64.46.x (bigpipe canada)

You do not need to be a rocket scientist to use a proxy. If you have tried a couple different networks and are still having problems, contact our technical support department. There may be something wrong with your account.

Email support is provided 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Working Your Programs With Proxy Firewall

Step #1

Click on one of the purchase options below (USA only or USA + Off shore) and sign up for a proxy account.

To use Proxy Firewall with our high speed servers, you will need a proxy server account

There are two different types of proxy accounts that will work with your Internet Programs. Us can choose from USA only proxy servers or USA + Off shore access.
At this time, the USA option gives you access to over 300 broadband proxy servers and the off shore gives you access to almost 600 total proxies. (we are always growing, please click on the links above to view current server numbers)

Step #2

Download The Lists

Bring up the program by launching it from the system tray next to your system clock as shown below.

For more information about the tray icon

This will bring up the main program window. Click on the Private Proxies tab.

Step #3

Enter your proxy user name and password and click on the Download Lists button.

You are now ready to use our proxy service. If you have already set a rule for a program from before you downloaded the list, you may want to click on the Rules tab and edit the rule for the program to use the proxy. For more information about editing rules click here.

All you need to do now is start your Internet programs. An automatic detection window (as shown below) will popup for each program that attempts to connect to the Internet. If a window does not popup, there must already be a rule for it (or the program has not tried to connect to the Internet yet). Bring up proxy firewall and click on rules. Now select the program and edit the rule as shown below. You can also delete the rule and re-start your program to bring up the window.

You can choose from three options:

1. Allow the program to access the net using your regular ip address and connection (no proxy)
2. Block All Connections (Do not allow the program to access the Internet)
3. Use a proxy server

Select the option to use a proxy server; Single and click on the button that says Click Here To Select A proxy Server. (If you select a proxy from the HTTP list you will have stealth options.) After selecting a server, you can select how you want it to rotate or many other options. As a first time user, click on "Manually rotate 'Single' proxy in the system tray.

By choosing Manual Rotate you can later switch the proxy by right clicking on the proxy firewall icon in your system tray next to your clock.

If you will be switching the proxy a lot, you can choose the option to show manual rotate toolbar. You will see this option when you right click on the proxy firewall tray icon. The toolbar will allow you to switch the proxy by simply clicking on the program icon.
As you choose the rule to "manually rotate single proxy from the system tray" for each of your programs, they will automatically be added to the toolbar. You can add as many programs as you like, the toolbar will auto size itself as you add programs. Click and drag the toolbar to a place on your desktop where you can easily access it. The toolbar will always remember where it was last (even after you reboot your computer) and return to it's last position.

Step #4

Testing Your Connection
A good way to test your stealth options would be to go to the unique internet services web page by clicking here. It will show the referer because this page is taking you there. As long as you are using Proxy Firewall for this browser session it will display what you have configured in the custom area as shown in the color red and blue below:

The connection shown below was made from a Windows XP Computer (not linux), using Internet Explorer, (not firefox) located in Chicago IL, (not austin tx) through a dial up connection with an AOL ip address.(not dsl from broadwing) The connection was fully stealthed.
